Deborah has over 30 years of combined experience in nursing and administration. Deborah was a CHHA administrator for many years, running the day-to-day operations. She was directly responsible for all clinical, regulatory, compliance, quality assurance programs.
Deborah was one of the early and active participants in the Medicaid redesign initiatives such as DSRIP and VBP. Deborah implemented changes in policies and procedures to decrease avoidable emergency room visits, falls, and rehospitalizations, keeping patients in the community and their homes.
At Doral, Deborah’s clinical and administrative background is critical as we focus on programs that integrate health care services for the home-bound client. These are the costliest patients in the health care system. As we recognize the importance of risk stratification with gaps in care and how that impacts value-based, it is imperative to have the experience to provide solutions. Deborah is excellent in that role.
