Our History

Doral Health and Wellness was founded on the need to provide our senior citizens with premier, trustworthy health services from adult day care to dialysis treatment. Through a comprehensive approach towards wellness care, Doral provides some of the highest quality healthcare for the elderly. With an emphasis on providing a welcoming facility, staff and caregivers are completely dedicated to putting guest needs first.

David Lipschitz, President and CEO

David Lipschitz is a leader in multi-specialty health care and disease management. David, an alumnus of LIU, has been very successful over the years in program development, in the health care sector.

Daniel Gurgov, COO of Doral Multispecialty Services

Daniel’s medical career spans more than two decades, including 14 years as director of operations in a multispecialty practice.

Deborah Forbes, RN, VP of Operations

Deborah has over 30 years combined experience in nursing and administration, and was a CHHA administrator for many years, running the day to day operations.

Mark Werner, CFO

With over 24 years combined experience in finance and administration, Mark was also the Director of Finance at the second largest MLTC in NY.

Leon Shein, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Shein has been named a U.S. News Top Doctor. He has over 30 years of experience and practices in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

About Our Location

Occupying a fully renovated building, Doral Health and Wellness is outfitted with state-of-the-art medical equipment that includes a 20-bed dialysis suite, a 10-bed infusion suite, procedure rooms, and an outpatient surgical unit. Through a beautiful common area, exercise rooms, and a salon, our amazing facility fosters an attractive and comfortable environment for members of the community, senior citizens, and diabetic patients.
